I am working on a new training packet for the new folks. I want some input from you all on what you think needs to be in the packet. I have some ideas but I want your opinions. The new packets will be the basis for the testing program which will gauge your knowledge so we can determine when you can be classified as full investigator status.

I don't have much experience myself, but I'd humbly suggest that the info packet should include a few tips on operating basic equipment (i.e., how to minimize photographing dust orbs, the differences between EM and EF meters and fields, that sort of thing). Also maybe outline the most important procedures to follow during an investigation -- don't wander around alone, carry spare batteries, warn fellow investigator before you fire a camera flash).
That's just my take, hope some of it was valid.

Yes, those are all good and valid points to explain in training. Gary is pretty good about it. We'll look over the packet before it's posted anyway. With more than one person looking over it, it shouldn't miss anything.

Also as soon as I get the required materials from dengar, I should be able to begin work on the packet. So hopefully we will get to start on it soon.
