I didn't realize what it was that I saw that night until I was talking to some people about the subject. They notified me that that balcony has been closed off for years in the old Hallmark building on the Oxford Square. This balcony faces the M&F Bank main office on the Oxford Square and is on the second floor area of the building. There is seen to be someone standing up there on the balcony, yet there is no access to the balcony. Once you see it and then look away, it's gone the next time you look back at it.
It just appears to be someone in a long coat pacing back and forth up there on the balcony, maybe even looks like they are stuck up there for lack of way to exit the rate of pace. I did think it was kind of odd for someone to be up there when I saw it. At the time I was working at a bar on the Oxford Square just behind that building into the next alleyway. There was a hot dog vendor right there and every now and then I would stop by the hot dog vendor after we closed up shop, (if they were still there of course). I know I wasn't the only one to see it, cause I remember saying, "Hey looks like someone is chilling up at "Greeks." And the guy there said "Yeah I see that dude up there all the time, but never see a door open, or anything, I cant believe I have missed that dude come out all this time I have been here and never seen a door open or close. I kind of made a game of it sitting here and all..." I didn't think anything of it and apparently neither did this guy.
Last week I was talking to some folks about a few places of the strange and that building came up and I knew the building well because I looked at the back wall of the thing for almost a year. They told me about the balcony thing and I realized then why it was so noticeable.
